Refund Policy

The following policy was adopted by the TI board in December 2016:

Tangible Products and Goods

• No refunds will be issued; all orders are final.
• Tangible products and goods are items such as lulav/etrog, Passover wine, books, Sunflower Bakery goods, etc.

Events and Services

• Full refund will be issued if cancellation is 7 days in advance.
• No refund will be issued if cancellation is less than 7 days in advance.
• Events and services include activities such as congregational dinners, courses with paid instructors, concerts, etc.

Refund Methods
TI MEMBERS:

• Refund will be applied to open charges on account, unless otherwise specified.
• Refund can remain in account and be applied to future charges.
• Contact the TI office if you wish to make other arrangements for refund.

NON-MEMBERS:

• Refund will be processed electronically via the original form of online payment whenever possible
• Contact the TI office if you wish to make other arrangements for refund.
