Dear TI Community,

On Monday, November 14 at 8pm we will hold our November Board Meeting via Zoom. The agenda is at the bottom of this message. The meeting is open to all congregants. If you would like to attend, please email me so I can provide the Zoom link. 

During our September meeting the board heard updates about vision/planning, security, HVAC, High Holidays, and more. Last month, we held a special board meeting in executive session and the board voted to move forward on negotiating a contract extension to retain Rabbi Michael Werbow. The feedback many of you provided earlier this fall was utilized in that decision. We hope to finalize the process later this winter.

On Monday, the board will hear updates in preparation for the December 7  congregational Town Hall  about building enhancements and membership. We will also review Q1 financials and Annual Appeal results to date. Beginning around 8:45, we will be discussing whether any changes should be made to our current policy requiring masks at all services and events. We are grateful to the nearly 150 congregants who provided their feedback through the community input form.
