Dear TI Community,
 
We will hold our February Board meeting on Monday, February 14 at 8:00 pm. The meeting will take place via Zoom and is open to all congregants until about 9:15 pm when the Board will enter Executive Session. If you would like to attend, please email TIPresident@tifereth-israel.org so we know to expect you and can provide the Zoom link.

At our January meeting, the Board voted to move forward with exploring alternatives to TI purchasing the Jonquil Street property directly. One preferred alternative is to reassign the contract to a third party that would purchase the property in TI's interest. On Monday night, we will review the proposal of a group of congregants who have formed an LLC for that purpose.
 
The agenda for Monday is available for review. During the meeting the Board will hear from the Vaccine Policy Committee, but we will not vote on their recommendation this month. The board will also discuss formation of a committee to focus on strategic planning and visioning for our congregation. If you have a recommendation for someone you think would be a good addition to this committee, please let me know.
