TI member and prison reform activist Rabbi Chuck Feinberg will interview a returning citizen who spent many years in solitary confinement and is now an advocate for prison reform.

The speaker will describe conditions of confinement in area prisons, which are destructive to the human spirit and undermine efforts for rehabilitation.
