The Stories We Pray | A Narrative Journey Through the Siddur

Join Eitan for a narrative journey through the Siddur. This session will use stories to enhance the spiritual connections we all make to some of the key prayers we recite on a weekly and daily basis. Eitan will tell and discuss each story before then creating the spiritual connection to the Tefillot. Each participant should go home with multiple new Kavvanot (focuses) to use in prayer.

This class is based on the recent work of Joel Lurie Grishaver.

Eitan Gutin is the Director of Lifelong Learning for TI. He recently received Smicha as a Maggid, a Jewish spiritual storyteller, from Yitzhak Buxbaum's Jewish Spirit program.
