TI is located in the revitalized and vibrant Jewish community of upper 16th Street at the northern
 tip of Washington D.C., amid a cluster of diverse Jewish congregations and a community
Jewish day school.

Via Metro, Bus or Walking - Directions to TI

TI is close to the Metro Red Line stop on Colesville Road in Silver Spring.  We are about one  
mile south on 16th St. and within walking distance of downtown Silver Spring, Takoma Park and Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Bicycling

We welcome bicyclists - there is a bike rack outside the Juniper Street door. Biking to TI is
especially convenient since we are across the street from the wonderful bike trails in Rock
Creek Park.  Ask about our "Bike to Shul" group plus Rabbi Ethan Seidel bikes all over the
area on his recumbent bike.
